S60 Vancouver Whalers Captain announcement - steveoiscool - 07-02-2021
The Whalers are enjoying a strong start to S60, and with that we would like to announce the Captain crew this season.
Wearing the first A is NeverBrokeAgain YoungBoy @dmills3, fresh off his Rookie of the Year performance. He’s been a great asset to the team both on the ice and in the locker room and has been integral to Vancouver’s rise this season.
The second A belongs to star winger Alexis Saint-Martin @KenitohMenara, fondly known as ASM to his teammates. The offense in Vancouver is largely driven by ASM, and we’ll be looking to him to light the lamp deep into the postseason.
Finally, wearing the C this year is returning Captain Sven Svechnikov @steveoiscool. It’s safe to say that he is the best Sven in the league, and he’ll be looking to lead Vancouver to the championship before he moves on to a career in the SHL.
