Many of us struggle with mental health, myself included.
I want to take this time to speak up.
September is suicide prevention month.
78% of all people who die by suicide are male.
Suicide is the 2nd leading cause of death among people aged 10–34 and the 10th leading cause of death overall in the U.S.

As someone who has actually almost took their own life back in January, You are not alone.
Talk to someone, preferably a therapist
Motivate yourself, there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel.
(I was legit going to make a post about it.)
Be open to your team about your mental health. It’s the best thing I’ve done.
