My fellow Americans, distinguished members of the IIHF community, and the greater SHL.  It is my great pleasure as head of the defending IIHF Champions to not only welcome you to Baltimore for this season's festivities, but to also present to you the roster that will be defending the gold here on our home soil.  Before I present them to you though, as you are keenly aware we recently solicited to the greater public for a new look and feel.  Something that represented the best of America, while being distinguishingly unique among our peers.   We were not disappointed.

As you see above you, thanks in part to retired USA veteran @Capt_Blitzkrieg we have a new logo and new drive to rally around, and thanks too to @OrbitingDeath for creating once again a logo that will serve with pride on our alternate jerseys.  With these new logos though also begets a new look on the ice where the new pays homage to the old.  I'd like to reveal to all of you for the first time, the new look of Team USA
