Zen Casual Hockey League (ZCHL) - Inf1d3l - 08-19-2022
The Zen Casual Hockey League (ZCHL) is meant to be a light hearted, fast paced league for players and owners, using the Zen GM website/engine to grow your player, your team, and the community surrounding both. A passion project by @Inf1d3l and @hewasajazzman, we got a lot of input from friends, and put a lot of work into setting up a solid baseline for everyone.
The ZCHL is meant to add a simplistic take to sim leagues, as well as allowing everyone to enjoy a more fast paced sim league experience, with seasons, including off-seasons, lasting an average of 6 weeks in all. Sims will not be live, but box scores will be posted daily, and stats easily checkable through the outputting of the sim engine.
What makes the ZCHL different (besides the sim engine) is that we keep everything league related through a singular Discord server and google sheets, contracts payout weekly TPE, and teams even get to assign TPE to their players weekly as well. We want to keep things simple for everyone involved, but remain exciting and fun, whether you have a job in the league or just want a simple experience.
We hope to start our first season by the end of August, and are looking for team members, GMs, and team brandings to start, as well as players/users to join the ranks, ask questions, and, ideally, have fun!
