S66 End of Season Survey - Segi - 09-04-2022
Hold your horses, S68 class, this PT is NOT for you. This is the last junior PT for the S67 draft class.
From the mentor and the SMJHL PT team, we would like to gather some feedback from all of you.
Filling out this short survey will let you claim 1 TPE. Just post in this thread after filling it out and link that post to your update thread.

All members of the S67 draft class, who have already been drafted to the SHL can fill out this survey. It is not for members of the S68 class who will be drafted into the SMJHL soon.
The deadline to fill the survey out is Saturday the 10th at midnight EST.

Side note, there really needs to be a N/A option. I don't want to skew the data but it's hard to rate mentors when you never interacted with them, or in other people's case only interacted with a few. Just as one example

Yeah, I'm in the same boat, hardly ever interacted with the mentors. So I left my mentor ratings blank. Wasn't sure if the form would allow no input, but it does.
