Hired: SMJHL Awards Committee Head - ACapitalChicago - 05-28-2023
Howdy, howdy!
The wonderful @Anthique has informed us they're stepping down after this season. We'd like to thank them for their consistency and diligence, their patience will be missed! The SMJHL Awards Committee Head will be responsible for overseeing the SMJHL Awards Committee, including hiring committee members, building a consensus on awards, collecting ballots, posting about site voting for MVP, pestering people for their nominations/votes, and other various related administrative duties.
Pay is $5mil per season.
Applicants should send their application materials to myself, @ACapitalChicago here on the forums, or ACapitalChicago#7196 on Discord.
Applications are due by Sunday, June 4th, at 11:59pm PST. New deadline: Friday, June 23rd, 11:59pm pst

Unfortunately we received no applications, so we're going to bump this and extend it by two more weeks (or upon receiving a satisfactory applicant)
I encourage anyone who's interested to apply, this is a really important part of the site for making people in the SMJHL feel rewarded for their efforts each season. It's a good administrative foot in the door and looks great for any future applications as well!
