Help Me Compare SHL Logos To Real Life - Australiankek - 02-19-2024
First of all, I hope everyone is having their best times in this long break. And in this article, y'all are going to (as the title says) help me find out the best counterpart to each of the SHL logos from real life. The teams can be chosen by their color, logo, city, history, players and so on. In addition, the counterparts can be picked from any league. If there is a tie between teams, I will choose the one with the most amount of logic at the end of the deadline.

Chicago Syndicate always gave me Pittsburgh Steelers vibes, which is a good thing! Black and yellow does have an NHL counterpart in the Boston Bruins, but I think these teams feel a little different. I went with the Steelers since both the Syndicate and the Steelers fall into the "profession" category of mascots instead of animals. Pittsburgh has a lot of culture rolled into their Steelers mascot with the steel industry being prevalent in the region for a long time. I don't know that organized crime has quite the same effect for Chicagoans, especially since the city is home to many transplants from outside the state. But the Syndicate does evoke a sense of belonging or exclusivity that feels on par with Pittsburgh rooting for the Steelers. Also, Id say regionally Pittsburgh is a much closer match to Chicago than Boston and the Northeast is. Kind of an "us vs them" mentality.
