[Update]STL Co Hiring post (finally) - Jimmysmo27 - 08-09-2024
After a season of going co-less (the equivalent of being maidenless), I have decided that in an effort to upstage my last Co Jay, getting the Toronto Co job, I am once again looking for a Co to help me run STL.
Your duties as STL Co, should you accept them, will be leading the various working branches of the team, such as coaching, scouting, and player development, as the people in charge of each branch will answer directly to you. You will also need to be open to learning more of the actual management side of running a team, as I will handle most of said management work, yet there will be times I need you to be able to take care of said management work for me, and I need to be able to trust that you can do it right. I also expect you either own and know how to use FHM, or be willing to learn how to use it, as we will discuss many FHM tactic related things throughout your time as my Co. With all that being said, I would ask that you send your applications to me on discord. I am apart of the main SHL server and my username is the same as it is on the forums, incase you struggle to find me.
The questions I would like you to answer in your application are as such:
How long have you been a part of the site?
Are you currently/have you been employed in any site jobs? And for how long?
Do you have any past experience in management across any of the sim leagues?
Do you have any specific strategies or ideas that you would like to see used in STL?
What kind of abilities do you think you have that would benefit STL that you think might put you above anyone else that were applying for this job?
Compensation is $8M per season and an offseason (CW and All-Star Week) pass.
