S78 Sig Challenges - Carpy48 - 08-11-2024 Hi everyone! The graphics department will present you with a new incentive to earn double payouts this season. Below is a list of different Sig Challenges you can work through and each of them is worth a double payout. You can create up to two (2) of these per week and each challenge can only be done once (one challenge = one submission). The order in which you work on them doesn't matter. Of course, you can still submit up to four (4) signatures per week as usual, but - this is important - only up to two (2) can be claimed for the 2x bonus. This challenge will start tomorrow (i.e. submission week ending August 18th) and will run for 6 weeks until September 22nd. Sig Challenges: Make... A) a sig for a draftee from the most recent draft (either for their SMJHL team or SHL team) B) a sig for your favorite SHL player (current or historic - can't be your own player) C) a WJC or IIHF sig for a player D) a rivalry sig for two players of different teams (SHL or SMJHL) E) a retro sig for a player (use a team's former logo or logo of a team that no longer exists) F) a sig for a goalie (SHL/SMJHL) G) a sig for a player with a non-human render (SHL/SMJHL) H) a sig that includes a head swap (SHL/SMJHL) I) a sig that includes animated elements (SHL/SMJHL) J) a sig for an SMJHL or SHL award winner (award needs to be mentioned) K) a Hall of Fame sig (SHL or IIHF HoF) L) a sig that includes both the SMJHL and the SHL team of a player M) a sig for a GM (SHL/SMJHL or WJC/IIHF team) N) a wallpaper with at least one render (can be any SHL/SMJHL or WJC/IIHF team) * O) a wallpaper without a render (needs to include the logo of any SHL/SMJHL or WJC/IIHF team) * P) a video about anything league-related (minimum length 1 minute) ** * will be graded as wallpaper, needs to be in a wallpaper format ** will be graded as video, must be submitted in video subforum You can submit a maximum of 12 challenges and receive a 2x payout for them, but we offer some extras to give people more choices. Pay attention to the requirements of each challenge. It is up to the graders to not give out the bonus for submissions not following the rules. How to participate: Submit your sigs in a weekly submission thread and mark your submissions with the respective letter within the thread, e.g. [Challenge B] or [Challenge H] so we graders know which one it is. There is no need to write anything extra into the submission title other than your username and the date, as usual. You can find our submission guidelines in this thread. Within the linked thread you will also find an empty wallpaper template and video submission info. At the end of the season, you will have the chance to claim extra bonus payouts. We will post a claim form. Finish at least 5 challenges: $2.5M bonus Finish at least 10 challenges: $5M bonus If you have questions about anything mentioned above, please ask them in this thread. edit: since it might not have been clear: each challenge can be done once and you can make one sig per challenge. For a submission week we still only have a maximum of 4 sigs and up to 2 of them can be challenges, the other ones will be graded as regular sigs, so e.g. in week 1 you complete challenges A and B, make a sig for each of them and if you like you can add 2 regular sigs as well (no 2x for them).
