EngynGameOver Code of Conduct Punishment - kahri - 08-15-2024
Good Evening SHL,
It has been brought to our attention that user @EngynGameOver has displayed behavior that is in breach of Section 1, subsection K, article 4:
Code:
Personal attacks, excessive/malicious trolling, spamming, language/rhetoric that includes hate speech (including but not limited to racism, homophobia, ableism), or any comments made that belittle members of a certain religious, ethnic, or oppressed group will not be tolerated.Upon investigating the matters, the alleged breaches were confirmed by Head Office and as such they have issued a first offense punishment to the user. Therefore, Engyn will serve a 1 week posting ban and be issued a 3-game ban for the user's player. As they are currently a free agent, their 3 game ban is to be served upon signing for a team.
HO maintain its zero-tolerance policy towards these types of behaviors and reiterates its commitment to making sure the SHL is a safe, welcoming and inclusive place for all.
As always, Engyn is welcomed in appealing this decision and can send an appeal request to any head of the appeals committee, currently consisting of @DrunkenTeddy and @Leafs4ever. . Any appeal should be filed within 48 hours of publication of this punishment.
