I'd say no to expansion as I think the league is good on teams, although if the league did expend I would choose some international cities in Japan or Sweden

I would like to put an expansion team in Yellowknife. I think it's a unique location and a city name that lends itself to a lot of fun alliteration for its branding. I also want to visit there so I'd be able to catch a game between the hikes I want to do!

I'd have a team based out of Nebraska called The Beef. Probably have a sponsorship with The Omaha Steak Company. A bull as the mascot. We'd also use red as one of the primary colors.

Honestly, most of the "corners" of the map in North America are covered. Maybe a team for the Mid-South is in order, such as Nashville or Louisville. Or ... maybe even Ohio? Dare I say it? Ew.

I Think its time for a southern US state to have a team on the "J". I would either pick Texas or Lousisana, simply because I grew up in one state and live in the other currently. for Lousisana I think something gator related would be neat and for texas something oil related

As far as expansion goes in the SHL, I would look to add a team out in the western part of the US like out in Vegas. I guess there’s a very popular spot and would probably get a lot of attendance and support in that city.

With Regina gone and packed up, Saskatchewan is wide open for expansion, be it in Saskatoon or back in Regina. Other possibilities include Houston, Portland, Cleveland, Milwaukee, or Nashville as prime spots for expansion.

Hm expansion team in the SHL.. what city would we land you in. Well today we are trying to grow the game and the SHL, I feel like we have to put a team in Honululu, Haiwaii. Imagine how many players would want to play there, leave the game and just relax on the beach afterwards.. Superstars would line up to go there

Every league needs their punching bag so adding Manchester United with Ten Hag in charge in the SHL would be a great opportunity. You get to see him play a defender up top for the luls, what more do you need?

What's unique about the SHL is that from the J to the SHL to IIHFs, there are all manner of teams representing cities and areas of vastly varying sizes. You know what would be cool? A team from nowhere. A barnstorming team of idiots that only plays away games. That would rock.

I absolutely wouldn't expand because I think we have enough teams and it causes the quality of play to suffer... but if I did I'd throw a team in Lethbridge and call them the Lions.
