Zeus Storm to test Free Agency - Stamkos Is My Dad - 11-23-2024
Season 78 prospect and third year SMJHL veteran, Zeus Storm, will be testing the free agent waters this off season. He has previously had his rights owned by the Tampa Bay Barracuda but he is now a fully unrestricted free agent and ready to see if anyone is interested.
There isn't much to say here other than a public service announcement to all SHL teams that this young hot shot center prospect will be available.
Storm has not had any issues being in the Tampa Bay farm system but the path to playing time or being a meaningful member of the roster is many, many, many seasons away due to Tampa Bay being very heavily veteran based roster. That is the biggest reason for Storm wanting to test the waters.
Some desires that Storm has in a new franchise is a path to being a key player when he is ready for the call up, active locker room. a team looking for a young center to eventually be on the first or second line, and money will help as well if a franchise is willing to throw out some big dollars to secure a future great.
