Czechia is 4th-eia - Troy_McClure03 - 12-11-2024
This was a bitter sweet IIHF season for us. in S74, we were dead last, in 14th place. In S75 we went upto 12th. In S76 we held at 12th. S77 we dropped down to 13th. S78 we jumped all the way upto 6th, making it to the round robin for the first time since S71. In S79 we showed the nations that we are back. Going from 6th last year all the way to first. It was a great tournament for the small guys, with a 3 way tie for first place between Czechia, Switzerland, and Ireland in points. The Round Robin saw Czechia get out of the first round for the first time since S65. I am very proud of this team and it's ability to grow, we have went from the bottom of the pack to the top. I am proud and thankful for all my players who have opted to transfer in, stayed with us, and believe in our process to get the gold. I am disappointed we didn't get any hardware this year, but we as a team are only improving every season. Watch out for us next year!

Czechia put on quite the performance! I thought they had it in them to make it all away but it wasn't in the cards for them this season. I'm sure they will be back!
