So with the failed setup with the old Toonza logo we were going for the Platoon have once again taken to finding a new logo, trying to find a new identity for the new era of Platoon and they have found the one they feel will fit the team best.

Now this one is one I found on the interwebs, I edited it myself to make it not identical nor do I claim the work to be 100% my own. I really like that we're back to a more military based logo and not the Eagle, this one has the Patriotic feel with the American flag while still holding true to the military by the soldier with his rifle on his back.



I love the Eagle and I want to keep that as our 3rd logo, I want to do some color swapping on it to match the look of this one a bit more but that will be our 3rd logo as well as a jersey patch for now.

I know this won't be met with the warmest of reactions because of how well received the Platoon's current logo is but to me that logo represents the Platoon of yesteryear, the Platoon of the JayTee Days, the Kearnsy days, and now it's the Maxy days.

The team just doesn't feel like it's our team Iunno how to explain it, maybe it's just all the negativity that's surrounded the team lately that it just doesn't feel right. I feel like a fresh start would help this team a lot and a rebrand is the best start to that. I feel as though I've been a much more productive member on the boards of late, not getting into arguments and just trying to be all around more likable, and with my change, the change to the roster, a logo change just feels right Smile I know it's hard to lose the Birdy which is the best logo in the league but I wanted something original

Personally, I really dislike this change. I don't mind a team modifying their logo, but I'm not a fan of changing the concept entirely. Combine that with how good the eagle logo is, and I'm not a fan.

Maybe its cause you traded a 'heart and soul' player in me... ever since I left it seems to me Maxy's Platoon hasn't been the same Tongue

Too much rebranding and then the Platoons reputation will be "rebranding"

If we hadn't moved you this team would look entirely different. I don't regret making the move I did for you, moving you instead of Riggsy at that time I'm not sure if I'd do that again, I still :wub: both of you

And I dunno whatcha mean by the reputation comment I tried doing it earlier this season but the logo was someone elses work so I decided against it but other than that I haven't rebranded :(

Shirt was originally light blue but the team didn't like it :unsure: If that was a legit comment thank you Smile if not and it was sarcastic, any suggestions for the shirt color? I'm open to changing it

horrible rebranding. You take the best logo in shl history and turn it into an average logo.

Sarcasm...any other colour but green. Do something new, too many teams in this league have similar colours.
