Salary Cap and Budget
-Budget: $65 million (to be spent on player salaries)

-Minor league budget: $6 million (an additional $6 million that doesn't count against the team budget for players to be sent to the minors. you can put players worth more than $6 million in the minors but if you do then any cash exceeding the $6 million goes off your team budget).

-Management budget: $5 million (an additional $5 million to be spread out for team jobs. the purpose of this: to create more roles for players around the league other than GMs and to get more players involved in the operations of their team. generally each team would have a GM, an assistant GM, a scout, and a head coach, and the $5 million would be spread throughout those positions).
