Montreal Impact vs Detroit Falcons
The Falcons and Impact played pretty evenly in shots in the first period (9-9), but it was the goaltending that was the difference. The Falcons scored 3 minutes into the first from Barney Tuzis. The Impact would respond 1 minute later from Marc-Andre Dionne-Savard. The Falcons would then score two big goals from Zach Morgan and Nils Wahlstrom to take the first period 3-1.
The Impact were dominant in the second, outshooting the Falcons 16-10. However they could not capitalize and both teams went into the third with the same score they came into the second with.
The third period was all Detroit. They scored midway in the final frame when Nils Wahlstrom ripped one. Shortly after Alexandre Sauvé would score on the powerplay, then Alex Fischer would finish off the Impact with another powerplay goal late.
Valdemorts Karlensons stopped 24 of 30 shots, while Rob Pressen stopped 30 of 31 shots.

The Force were the better of the two teams in the first according to the shots, outshooting the Knights 12 to 7. However the Knights scored two quick goals in the 1st period, by Sean Leonidas and Arthur Nsenga, 16 minutes in, to take a 2-0 lead. The Force would score on a late powerplay from Alexander Kovalchuk to cut the lead to 1.
Regina tied the game 7 minutes into the second, with a goal from Oliver Metcalf. The Knights responded on the powerplay, with Etienne Modano scoring from the slot. Regina would tie it again from Charlie Winchester halfway through the period, but the Knights would retake the lead when Xander Mole scored at 16:42 of the period. The Knights outshot the Force 21 to 8 in this period.
The third period was a crazy one, as Jigsaw McGraw scored on a powerplay at 6:34, and Deacon Douglas scored at 7:33 to take the lead for the first time in the game. They would hold on to win the game 5-4.
Anton Riga Jr. stopped 35 of 39 shots, while Mark Harter stopped 29 of 34 shots.

The first period was all Scarecrows. They scored two goals 20 seconds apart early in the game, from Pavel Bursyuk and Patrik Satan to take a 2-0 lead. The Falcons would respond on the powerplay from Alex Fischer, but the Scarecrows would retake the two goal lead with Sasha-Alexei Smirnov on the powerplay. The Scarecrows outshot the Falcons 10-2.
The Scarecrows again dominated, scoring 20 seconds into the period on the powerplay from Niklas Svensson. The Falcons looked to be making a surge when Barney Tuzis scored on a powerplay 6 minutes in. However Seth Ryder, Steve Linkos, and Niklas Svensson each tallied to lead the game 7-1 going into the third. Again the Scarecrows took it to the Falcons in shots, outshooting them 22-6.
The third period was all Toronto. They outshot the Wolfpack 15-3, and Adam Kylrad, Yousuf Scherbluk, and Jamie Hawkins all scored goals to finish the Wolfpack off and win the game 6-1.
With the game all but over, the Falcons scored a goal 1 minute in from Peter Gasparino and 15 minutes in from Alex Fischer to pull within 3, but that is as close as they got as the Falcons won the game 7-4.
Rob Pressen stopped 8 of 12 shots before being pulled, while Anduin Wrynn stopped 26 of 29 shots in relief. Noah Jackson stopped 9 of 13 shots.
