- Velevra - 03-22-2015 An assigned Transfer can be completed when a player's birthplace is from one of the the 12 assigned IHF Regions and they have not yet been dressed in a "simulated game" for their nation. To complete a transfer both the nation head and accepting player must post in this thread confirming the transfer. Note that: - Assigned players may be contacted to join a team only after they have been drafted to a SHL team. - Nations may only have one assigned player transfer per season. - Transfers are permanent and locked in for the remainder of the player's career. We have maybe have around 20 actives right now but fall into the 36-45 category for this just because of all the dead weight that hasn't been active for months or years? It's probably not gonna make much of a difference for us since most our important players are protected by now anyway, but I don't quite think this is what we came up with when discussing the rule.
