Rules

-11:59:59 EST on November 14th, sigs will be closed for submission
- Send them to me via PM, they will be put into my normal rotation and be seen by the masses
- I will then put up a voting thread with all the signatures which ends Monday at noon est
- Top vote gets 10 million
