An assigned Transfer can be completed when a player's birthplace is from one of the the 12 assigned IHF Regions and they have not yet been dressed in a "simulated game" for their nation.
To complete a transfer both the nation head and accepting player must post in this thread confirming the transfer. Please state the nation the player is transferring from as well as their "new" nation.
Note that:
- Assigned players may be contacted to join a team only after the beginning of the SMJHL playoffs.
- Nations may only have one assigned player transfer per season.
- Transfers are permanent and locked in for the remainder of the player's career.

Just a quick question. So due to Rezik being banned, does this mean Russia gets there 1 transfer back or did we just waste ours for this season? I thought I'd give this guy a second chance since I was aware that he was Kovalev prior to the transfer, but I guess he still managed to screw up.

Only option is to end carrer and leave site if I dont want to play for Latvia then? Or is there an option just not to allow usage of my player for IIHF?
