In an effort the bring Graphics Grading back up to date and ensure it stays there from now on, two small changes will be employed from now on.
1. A "Ready For Grading" tag on your weekly submissions should now be included in the post much like the Media section. This allows the graders to grade your submission before Sunday if they choose, to reduce the workload on Sundays. If you do not wish to include the ready for grading tag, your submission will be graded on Sunday as normal. Include this if you wish to get it graded quicker.
2. To entice graders to do and continue to do their job every week, payment for the job will now be based on the work they do and not an automatic $5,000,000 at the end of every season. From now on, graders will be paid $500,000 for every week they grade submissions with a $1,500,000 bonus at the end of the season for perfect grading attendance. This averages out equally to the original 5 million payment but ONLY if it is earned every week. If a grader is unable to grade one week, a backup grader will be called in and they will earn the $500,000. Job payouts will continue to be given out at the end of each season and will be kept track of by the head.
These changes are in effect immediately and Weekly Submissions will be caught up as soon as possible.

Hey everyone! I can't make a new announcements post because I don't have permissions BUT if you're doing graphics please include "ready to grade" on all your posts completed before the end of the week! As us new kids keep grading, it would really make it go faster if those who were finished for the week could indicate ASAP. That way we'll be able to avoid backlogs in the future!! Thanks a ton from your graphics grading crew
