If transferring from one team LR to another, please let me know the previous LR.
If you're purposely asking for permissions you shouldn't have, then a 10 game suspension will be applied.

Can I get rookie mentor subform access? Also, I don't know if this is only for the main head of a federation (I'm pretty sure I have my full perms on the forums regardless), but if not, it'd be awesome if I could get username color and group for IIHF Federation Head in Russia o:-) Thanks, Bojo!
