Regression Scale:
S23, S22, S21, S20 (10-13 seasons played) = 10%
S19, S18, S17 (14-16 seasons played) = 15%
S16, S15, S14 (17-19 seasons played) = 18%
S13-S1 (20+ seasons played) = 20%
*Once you hit 1st season of regression: Once they drop to 85, all non-strength stats cannot be boosted beyond 85. (Season 23 players)
*Once you hit 7th season of regression: Once they drop to 82, all non-strength stats cannot be boosted beyond 82. (Season 17 players)
*Once you hit 11th season of regression: Once they drop to 80, all non-strength stats cannot be boosted beyond 80. (Season 13 players)
*Follows update scale. Ex. If you are lowering an attribute from 71->70, you use 4 TPE and so on.
*Banked TPE is included in your TPE count
Reg%: Percentage of TPE based on your draft class
RegTPE: TPE to be taken away from your player for regression
