Milestones are supposed to be significant, not something everyone can easily achieve

Defensive milestones are confusing, this season I only got one, but last season I had damn near all of them. idk man.

They definitely favour offensive players.
What if milestones were just an end of season PT where you had to write (or create an infographic) detailing your season and the stats that were key signs of your success. Then you get 1-6 TPE depending on how your season went. Let the player show you why they deserve milestone TPE.

Without admittedly doing a lot of research on the matter, I probably shouldn't have gotten 3 TPE for the shit season I had. It probably would be less glaring how hard it is for defensemen to hit a milestone when wingers can roll out of bed and get two or three.
