It is with great excitement that I am able to announce the new commissioner of the SHL is <a href='index.php?showuser=1765' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-13'>Eggy216</a>! Congratulation to Eggy, I know you are the perfect person to lead the league forward with fantastic passion for the league, a great demeanor, and an excellent variety of ideas to help move the league forward.
I would like to thank <a href='index.php?showuser=1770' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-13'>Allen</a> and <a href='index.php?showuser=1269' rel='nofollow' alt='profile link' class='user-tagged mgroup-66'>Tanner</a>, the other finalists, for turning in similarly excellent applications and responses to follow-up questions from the head office. Though not chosen, the two made our decision incredibly difficult.
However, from the very beginning, Eggy had wowed the head office and the owners alike. He had established himself as an early favorite and nailed the follow-up questions, solidifying his status as the candidate of choice.

In all seriousness, I appreciate the vote of confidence by the head office and the owners and I look forward to working alongside all of you in the near and distant future (I promise to stay on longer than just one season) to truly make this league as great as it can be. I'm thrilled to be able to start putting my ideas into action as soon as we possibly can.
I know a lot of people are probably going to be unhappy to see me getting the position, but hopefully I can help to improve the leagues in ways that you, too, are all happy with.
