While it's already 11:00 in the morning, she walks in like she just rolled out of bed. In sweatpants, the team hoodie, and holding what can only be assumed to be a mug of coffee (although there may be more than coffee in there), Dakota definitely looks like she wants to be here. She flops down into the chair behind the table and leans back.

"All right, everyone! Stupid questions get stupid answers and I'm not afraid dish them out. Let's go! You there, with the face! What do you want for Christmas?"

You recently signed as a free agent with the Montreal Militia, what influenced that decision?
"A friend of mine had already introduced me to the GM and he was a nice guy. He seemed like he knew what he was doing. Montreal's a pretty nice city and I always wanted to learn at least a little bit of French. Also, Detroit never called me."

Do you put the milk or the cereal in the bowl first?
"Cereal. What kind of heathen do you think I am? Also, Boil the water, pour the water on the bag, take out the bag, pour in the milk, and no goddamn sugar. It's tea, it's supposed to be bitter for Christ's sake!"

Who is your favorite Star Wars character and why?
"Jar Jar Binks... Just kidding, K2-SO. Reminds me of myself."
(Real Answer: Rey, because Daisy Ridley. Though Jyn Erso is pretty damn awesome.)

What is your opinion on Yooka-Laylee? And is it worth buying if it is on sale for like $20?
Dakota doesn't need to answer this. I think it looks pretty good. Definitely worth $20. Never played the OG Banjo games due to being a bit young for it and my parents never buying games for me, but Yooka looks like a great nostalgia dose for people who played it. I recommend it on those grounds and also the grounds of it looking really gosh darn fun!

What has been your greatest achievement?
"300 PIMs and 30 goals. It's a real accomplishment to be able to say that I can have that big of an affect on the game while sitting in the box."

How many hits are you going to deliver in the 50 game regular season?
"Hold on, let's see." *whips out phone and begins typing* "So there's 50 games, right? 3 periods each... 15 minutes a piece... Taking ice time into account... Average penalty minutes... AHA! I've got it! The answer is all of them. I will get all of the hits."

Are you expecting to have a good relationship with the guys working in the penalty box?
"You mean the old guys with the funny mustaches? Totally, they're always a fun time and really good people too. Sometimes they even grade the hit. My goal is to have a game where each interference call is a perfect 10. Those guys played the game too and their advice invaluable. Except for the part where they tell me that being in the box is a bad thing."

I was told this was going to be a riot. Thoughts on Seattle as a possible draft destination?
"I hate Seattle as a city on principle. Too many hipsters, their fans constantly think that they as a fanbase are the best, which I think is the most annoying part. I much prefer Portland or Vancouver as a destination in the Pacific Northwest. If I get a call from Seattle, I might consider retiring so they can't pick me up."
(Real Life Answer: I actually don't like Seattle mostly due to the Sounders, as alluded to in Dakota's answer. But I find the music scene in the city awesome and they have probably my favorite weather constantly. Also, I too don't like the pretentious hipsters Seattle has, but I can be swayed, much easier than Dakota. No offense is meant to anyone from Seattle.)

What is your experience in rioting? We're assuming you're well past statute of limitations...
"I love this guy now! Someone get him a drink, this dude is asking the real questions. As we all know, I'm a fighter, and a lover, but mostly a fighter. There have been at least five brawls in my career, of which three I started. I've hung out at protests, but no one ever wanted to kick things off at the ones that I go to."

What liquor is best for making Molotov cocktails?
"Whatever's too trash to drink. I don't want to burn up the good stuff."

What liquor is best for imbibing while rioting?
"Jeppson's Malort. 'Tonight's The Night You Fight Your Father.'"

What would be your last meal for when you inevitably go to jail for rioting too damn hard?
"I have already spent time in jail, at least for a night, and I'd have to say that they don't give you much. All I really wanted was a solid chicken breast sandwich. So let's go with that."

Who's your favourite current Militia player and why is it Scotty Steele Wink
"I love all my teammates and that's not a cop-out. I hope to have a great working relationship with each every guy on the team. I have no real 'favorite', I just know that I will fight for each and every one of them."

What are your expectations for the team as a whole this season
"It should be every team's goal to win the league and with this team I don't think that's very far off. It's a good group of guys here that know what it takes to win. We've got an amazing defensive presence, even if you take me out of the equation, and our attack seems like it'll be solid, once again even without me. I don't really think we have a weakness, so we're definitely going to be a force to reckon with."

If Dakota had answered this question, she'd probably end up making some sort of joke about "The Mighty Poo".

(At a completely different computer right now that won't let me edit posts, but I really want to answer these questions, so excuse this change of format)

Dakota wasn't drafted. Clerical error. She got picked up by Militia as a FA.

If you ever get the chance (buying an N64, emulator, etc.) I would strongly recommend the Banjo games!

You can also get them via Rare Replay or individually as 360 games for either 360 or Xbone. Loved playing through them again.
