2) Re-instate the Vancouver Nightmare from the atrocity that is Seattle with an updated concept and the same sexy colour scheme.

The fact that Chicago doesn't have a team, in a league where Detroit and St. Louis exist as the only other US teams, is a travesty.
Makes way more sense than a team in Denver, tbh.
