I think it's 50% because we had a massive draft class that has stuck around.
I think it's 50% that the league should consider raising the 350 cap to maybe 450-500. The cap is pretty low and if you're active you can hit it in a season. If the goal is to stop high TPE players from staying in junior and dominating set the TPE cap to be the point where a player is just good to crack the SHL.
