After the recent sucsses of our latest Reddit recruitment campaign we have come to an interesting situation, where the hell do we put all you new people. Well we have an answer for that.

Introducing the Anaheim Outlaws and the Lethbridge Lions! The two latest teams to join the SMJHL for season 45. 

Both these teams were once part of the leauge back in season 1 and we're happy to have them back.

The Anaheim Outlaws will be managed by @Dangles13 and the Lethbridge Lions will be managed by @DanbyRem. We wish both GMs luck with the job at hand.

There will be an expansion draft before the entry draft on Thursday. Existing teams will lose 1 player, teams will submit a list of 4 F, 3 D, 1 G or 7 skaters, 1 G to protect.

The two new teams will pick at the end of each round in the entry draft.

And one more change for the upcoming season.

Every team will make the playoffs.

I know this isn't something that should be taken lightly by HO, we will constantly be reviewing the teams and league activity levels and make changes as needed for the best of the league.
