Hiring: DET Co-GM - notorioustig - 04-23-2019

With grok's departure, I'm looking to hire his successor. I'd like to be able to make a decision by the weekend, so I'll be accepting applications until Friday at midnight PST.

I'm not looking for a specific format in an application, but the important areas I'd like to know about are relevant management experience (or your thoughts about what makes an effective manager if you have none), your thoughts about the team and where we can improve/grow, the strengths you'd add to the team, and your thoughts about developing and maintaining a strong team culture. Any other information you feel is relevant is welcome. I wouldn't say no to a good joke or meme if you have one handy.

To clarify, you can stay on your current team for one season before having to be moved, but anything longer than that and you have to be traded.
