It's finally happening....

Ok now for the real announcement and New Logo!
The Calgary Dragons are the league’s most successful franchise. Consistently churning out playoff appearances and have won 7 championships since Season 1. During this time our logo has become synonymous with success and is rather iconic. Personally I love it, but sometimes you have to make a change and bring yourself into the 21st century. Our previous logo needed an update. I’ve seen many potential new logo’s come across my desk in 24 seasons as GM. Lots of them were well done and I appreciate all the work and time the artists put in on them. It’s obviously a hard decision, finding something to represent the team you love so much and of course everyone likes something different. Admittedly it has been a challenge for me personally to choose a new logo but I believe we finally have something that checks all the boxes for us.
We wanted something new to us, without having to pay for it.
We wanted something that had the E-Sports look to match the other logos in the league.
We wanted to keep our classic red dragon as that is iconic to the team.
We wanted to incorporate a “C” look within the logo to represent Calgary.
We wanted it to be fierce and sharp looking and bring us up to date.
I think we have something that’s pretty awesome!!
Will everyone love it… of course not, it’s the SHL, that’s impossible, but we love it so that’s what matters!
Without further adieu, I present to you the New Calgary Dragons Logo!

I like it a lot! Only thing I would say is that you can't see the tongue on the big ones which makes the face look kinda awkward
