RFA Waiver Issue Pt 2: Electric Boogaloo - Eggy216 - 08-23-2019 Just to draw the saga which has captured the attention of a generation to a close, Klozoff has been placed on 24-hour waivers by the Calgary Dragons with the intent to assign him to Halifax. He will be ineligible to play during this time. If he is claimed off waivers, as per rule IE6, he will be unable to return to Calgary until one full season after being claimed.
