Head Office Shuffle - Eggy216 - 08-28-2019
It's like a dance except everyone's miserable.
Anyway, we've got a few changes coming to the head office. First off, the departure of Dangles as the co-commissioner of the SHL. Dangles was one of the longer tenured members of the head office before becoming the co-commissioner, a role he filled most admirably until he decided to leave us for greener pastures. I'd like to sincerely thank Dangles for his work both as a member of the head office and as co-commissioner of the SHL, a thankless job if there ever was one.
That being said, I'd like to welcome the newest co-commissioner of the SHL, the fourth with whom I've worked (not counting the period where I thought I could keep my sanity if I went it alone), adamantium! Adam is (was?) the longest tenured amongst the Head Office members and brings a wealth of experience to the position. He has been a model example of what you'd want to see from someone in the head office since he joined the team, and I can't think of anyone better to fill the position. I know this is someone who is already well known throughout the site, and I'm sure this choice won't come as a surprise to anyone who's worked with him in his head office capacity. I'm very much looking forward to working with him.

Well, this does leave a vacant spot in the head office. Normally we would leave the position vacant until the next hirings, but considering we had such great applications last time we decided to go back into the last batch and find someone to fill out the rest of his term. With that said, I'd like to welcome Tomasnz to the SHL Head Office! He had the most comprehensive application from the last batch so we know he's got a lot of ideas coming in to the job. I'm excited to see what he brings to the table as a member of the Head Office!
