The LotW is a player that has made outstanding contributions to our team both on and off the ice.  They will have performed well in the sim, not necessarily only points wise but made great contributions to the team in general.  Off the ice, the locker room is integral to the Lethbridge experience and we want to recognize the members that make it special and keep everyone coming back day after day.  

The player who wins this award the most times by the end of the season will take home our new team award for Lion of the Season during our yearly team awards ceremony.

This week the Lions would like to recognize another Rookie, who has had a stellar week and is a great presence in the locker room. He sky rocketed up the rookie scoring board and has been given more and more responsibility, to which he hasn't faltered an inch. Recording over 9 assists in the week, but also helping the team win a few BIG games. This player has been a great member of the team, oh did I mention that he was drafted in the 13th round???? Our biggest draft steal is the Lion of the week. That honor goes to none other than....
