btw. one thing I was wondering about if you do so much by yourself all the time, if you ever leave - do you have some kind of documentation for anyone else to understand/learn what you're doing? Comparing this to a real job in a way where it always helps for newbies to read a good project documentation.

Teddy made some documentation when we switched to FHM, but when I'm done simming I'll definitely make sure the transition goes smoothly and teach all I can to the new simmer.

The live sims are a huge part of what's drawn me into the league so I would hate to lose those.  I think what could be a solution is beefing up the simmer department so we could try to have 2 or 3 simmers for each league to ease the demand on any one person.  Also beef up the file worker department so the simmers aren't spending as much time with line and goalie switches before/during the stream.  It would obviously require setting some new procedures and tweaking some of the current workflows.  The end goal is to not kill Kal or any of the other Simmers that put in so much work.  Increase their support don't take away a great feature FHM allows us.

I restated a lot of what Zema said.  But increase the support don't remove features.

^^^ I’m new and know nothing, but I agree with this completely! Live sims are great, even if we can watch them afterwards like with the youtube broadcasts.

After 69 shots on net with still no SHL goals to show for it, even the opposition started to feel so sorry for Lemo, that they decided to help him out :D

agree, having one simmer per league is pretty unfair, both in terms of work load and (currently) in terms of pay. it's probably a better system to have a team of simmers

a system where the simmers on the team get paid proportional to how often they sim would be great, basically like the updaters. so if a mad man like kal wants to do all the simming then he gets paid fairly. honestly kind of crazy that kal gets paid so much less than top tier updaters do tbh
