(GRADED) Deep Dive #1 - Detroit Falcons Future SHL Stars

Now that we are at the end of the season for the Detroit Falcons, as we have just lost in the playoffs to the Quebec City Citadelles, in a heartbreaking series where my Falcons could only win one game out of 5, resulting in a disappointing 4-1 series for a team that had a bye, but its not time to look at the past, it's time to look forward to the future stars that will shine in the SHL due to the elite development from the Detroit Organization.

Starting off with one of the older players on the squad, but also with a massive amount of TPE, is longtime Falcon captain Jonathan Granstrom, also known by his user Halkohol who has 900 TPE which I believe is insane for the minor leagues, because I believe it makes him have more TPE banked than he has applied so he announced that he is moving up to the big leagues to the New England Wolfpack. At almost 1000 TPE, he will be making a much bigger difference than other call ups in the league. Looking at the Wolfpack's roster, Granstrom will already be the 4th highest TPE Center on the squad, so I believe he will be the favorite for the Rookie of the Year award, as he is almost 300 TPE higher than every other prospect on the falcons, so once he applies his TPE, Granstrom will be a future league star for years to come.

Moving onto other Prospects on Detroit, we have Kermit Murphy, a S58 prospect for the Seattle Argonauts, as he is one of the GMs on the team. AS of the 5/23 update he has 658 TPE, which if he continues this rate of TPE earning, he is on pace to match what Granstrom has done also. I am not sure if Murphy is being called up, but I know that Detroit would rather have him stay, as he put up MVP numbers this season with a league leading 30 goals on the year and a combined 57 points on the season. IF he is called up, he will be the 4th highest TPE Center on the team, as all 3 above him are supermax earners, especially Michael Scarn who has a whopping 200 TPE. I’d say it isn’t likely for Murphy to be called up, but he will be another superstar whenever he is added to the Argonauts squad alongside fellow prospects Daud Ramza who was their first round selection last season.

AS you can see, Detroit has many prospects that are ready to make the jump to the big leagues or are still awaiting the call, including ones I haven’t listed like Pavel Jeziak, the Right Wing for the squad and Luc Blouin, the Right Defenseman for the team, who have more TPE than Murphy but less sim success than the starting Center on the squad. I hope to follow in this legacy as a Detroit Falcon first Round Pick, and make my player a valuable member to a SHL team down the line. Also shoutout Anton Mihailov who is also getting the call who I somehow missed, as he has a lot of TPE and is being called up to the Inferno next season!

@BenDover GRADED! +5 TPE
