You get 3, you just can only use 1. The total of 3 counts toward your overall TPE

Isnt the total tpe points related to the skill points a player would have? Its atleast what I have been tracking so far in order to compare my player to Haan for example

Well, it is Total Points Earned, not Total Points Applied
