Hello all, it is that time of year where teams are finally announcing their leadership roles for the season. Detroit had an active voting process for the last week or so. I am pleased to announce this seasons leadership roles with you all today

Falcons

Our First Alternate Captain of Season 67 will be.. *pause for fake drum roll* Julian Florsch @"Mutedfaith"

A season 66 create, Julian is largest TPE gainer currently for the Detroit Falcons. This number 1 Defenseman enters their third season in the SMJHL with 554 TPE. This Switzerland born defenseman is a monster on the blueline. Expect them to make a big impact for the Falcons this season. Not surprised at all with this selection! This user is very active, and also the GM of Minnesota. His shot accuracy might be a bit lower than expected for an OFD, but when that shot hits the net it hurts. I wouldn't expect anyone to stand in front of those point shots. Muted seems like a great user overall, and am happy to see them appointed into this role

The Second Alternate Captain this year will be Bohdan Jarovsky

A season 67 First gen user. They entered into this league blind. Never played, or participated in a sim league before. They have large shoes to fill, as a certain someone scrutinizes every aspect of their career. Fairly active in the LR, and a decent gainer. Was drafted in the first round this year for the SHL. Definitely a big part of the Detroit rebuild going forward, and looking forward to seeing how the career plays out. Was second on the team in points last season on their rookie campaign.

What can we say about this man. Definitely the heart and soul in the Detroit LR. Always up beat and praising his teammates accomplishments. He wants to push himself every game, and really wants to bring home another championship for Detroit. He is starting out hot this year, leading the team in points. Don't expect him to cooldown anytime soon. Bnana is out on a mission and ready to show the rest of league that he is a serious force to be reckoned with. Entering their third season, they know they have two more chances and they are not going to waste anytime. Great user all around, and definitely a pleasure to talk with them. I couldn't think of a better pick for captain of this squad.
