I wanted to take a moment to write about possible draft destinations before the end of the season. It's still a bit early, but I need my deep dive TPE so it is what it is. My first player Matt Kholin played from S46 to S62, so I'm already a little bit familiar with the SHL franchises and some of its players. Obviously things have changed in the past 10+ seasons, but multiple teams have at least a few names I recognize. With this recreate player, I would like to experience a new team, and having spent the entire career of my first player in the east, I think playing in the west this time around could be a nice change of pace and be quite fun. I'm not opposed to going back to Buffalo or Tampa Bay, but I would very much like a different destination. For the past 2 years post retirement, I've spent time in the Buffalo and Team Canada locker rooms, so I know at most 20 people around the league that I talk to daily. I've talked to a lot of people during my time as simmer, and getting to know some of them more than on a superficial level would be great.

Atlanta Inferno
The Atlanta Inferno were an expansion team when I played, the same general managers are still at the helm of the team. I've always liked their logo and team colors, I think it works really well together. The users I know the most on this team are Micool and Charlie, both habs fans and I enjoy talking with them about our favorite NHL team. Ferda from my days in Buffalo and Jepox from Tampa Bay are great guys as well. I've always had good chats with Hotdog and Goldenglutes.

Baltimore Platoon
This Baltimore team is different than the one I know under JR. The new logo since the West Kendall relocate looks great. hhh and tig are great people. I've recently met Ruggsy and I've also enjoyed gaming with him. This looks to be a young late S60s team that could be a nice place to land at.

Buffalo Stampede
I've loved my time in Buffalo and I wouldn't regret going back, but as I said above, I would love to experience a new locker room. Great guys all around, anyone going there would have a good time. If you're chasing cups, they know how to win for sure.

Hamilton Steelhawks
I have PTSD from my time in Buffalo going against Hamilton too often in the regular season and in the playoffs. They have my respect, they're a franchise that knows how to build dynasties. Not a team that I would like to play for unfortunately.

Manhattan Rage
CoA and I go way back from our Halifax days, but that was 5 years ago. I mostly know prospects on this team, so landing here could be a fun place to play for. Skyrrhawk, LordBirdman and Kahri are great people.

Montreal Patriotes
Well, as a Montreal native, playing for this team would be cool for sure. It looks to be a very young team with a few missed draft picks, so hopefully their new crop of prospects can help them down the road. The only person I know on this team is dankoa.

New England Wolfpack
JR, Rankle and Luke are the only familiar names on the Wolfpack. It looks to be a team contending, they have a lot of high TPE players.

Philadelphia Forge
The other expansion team from the time of my first player. They have a strong team to contend, but no cups yet unfortunately. This is the first team outside Buffalo that I have good friends in. Kalesalad, CementHands, Gabe are awesome people that I've met in Team Canada. Sloth, Teddy,GA and Acsolap, I haven't talked to in years but they've always been nice. I would enjoy playing for this team, but by the time Bellona is ready to jump into the SHL, they would probably all be gone.

Tampa Bay Barracuda
Not to the same degree as Hamilton, but this is a team I don't see myself play for.

Toronto North Stars
This looks like a rebuilding team that has struggled to get good users to earn. Their prospects have potential. I only know Mcgriddleluver here.

Calgary Dragons
This is a young team that will probably peak in late S70s if all goes well. I only know Naomi and Tsunny from Quebec City here.

Chicago Syndicate
Another old team that will need to retool soon once their S50 players retire. They have some good prospects coming up soon. I think during the days of Corey it would've been a nice landing spot, but I don't know about this team anymore.

Edmonton Blizzard
The Blizzard are a current top team with no prospects in the cupboards. HFFO, Jeffie and Ramen are great guys. How long will Jeffie stay on this team however?

Los Angeles Panthers
Sve7en, Fuzz, Frenchie, Seany, I would know a few people here. Another franchise currently competing and all of them probably moving on by the time I'm in the SHL.

Minnesota Monarchs
This team has a lot of prospects, but they've had a tough time in the past competing with other teams. Evok, TDZ, Eni are good friends. I could see myself play here, but I would question their ability to win.

New Orleans Specters
JT and Karey are good friends, this looks to be an older team age wise. I guess the guys from the old Calgary moved here. Not sure it would be a good fit.

San Francisco Pride
Caleb goat rocket league player. I guess I also know the QCC co-gm Lore. A single prospect and a team that looks to be having a rough time with their late s60s players.

Seattle Argonauts
I don't know anyone here, looks to be a bottom feeder team. Will the rebuild work?

Texas Renegades
Anthique is great and the only familiar name here. Hard to see any of the currently competing teams going for Bellona.

Winnipeg Aurora
I know BadWolf, Ace, SDCore, NJBadApple and Sköldpaddor are great people, I haven't really talked to them however outside BadWolf. This looks to be an all stars team, but again, by the time Bellona is ready, all of them will be gone.

I'm not really sure where I will end up playing in the end, but the currently rebuilding teams will have to prove they can win and won't spiral into eternal rebuild.
