Hailing from Czechia and playing professionally for the Regina Elk, this 6'6 265lbs Defencemen will look to lead UCORCAL to its first medal since S58. Troy is a perfect player to lead this team as his consistent strong defensive play is the exact mentality we expect everyone to bring night in and night out on this team. He is also a great active locker room presence and this nomination by multiple peers from other teams show you the character he brings.

Serving as Alternate Captains are:
The Murray @trashae- As Detroit's First-Line Winger coming off a 4 star cup he will look to continue to emulate what it means to be a champion both on and off the ice.
Lily Jin Morrow @Shiamus - Vancouver's Star forward. She will be looked to to lead the offense and set the offensive tone for UCORCAL. Couldn't be happier her peers voted her as a captain as she is a great locker room presence both in UCORAL and Latvia on the international levels.
