Dear Hockey Community,

It has been a rough few days. First, everyone learned that I am broke and have no money. Then, I thought things were turning around. I had this great idea for Super Skates and I found someone who believed in me. It felt nice to feel like I had a good idea.

Then, some skaters out there got hurt. They got going too fast on the Skates. They looked very cool because every one of them got to pick what color the Skates are. And all their friends thought they were gnarly and they were so rad. But they got hurt, and I feel really really bad about that.

I am sorry that we released a dangerous product. I just thought I could change hockey from the Skates up. See I am an innovator. I believe in new ideas for a new millénium. I have a curious mind. I seek to perfect my craft. I am really good at coming up with ideas.

But I went too far. I didn't think about those who weren't ready for super Skates. I should have included a note. That would have helped. Beware, these Skates are gnarly. You're gonna get hurt.

I even had a meeting set up with the SHL head office. I was going to put super Skates on every player in the whole league. Everyone would be skating so quick. And they'd all look so cool because they can get their super Skates in any color, any color they want.

But I guess I just dreamed too big. Maybe the worold wasn't ready for super skates. But don't worry about me. Because here's the thing. When you shoot for the moon, even if you miss, you end up in the stars. And that's why they call me Johnny FourStar.
