(This post was last modified: 10-19-2024, 10:34 PM by Shylo_Moxii. Edited 1 time in total.)

Welcome to my new media piece. I am going to go over the previous seasons from the start of the FHM era. This will be broken down into multiple parts. 1 Overall Teams, 2 Individual Players, 3 Playoffs, 4 Awards.

Now as we go down the team success Detroit Falcons were seemingly invincible with 10 more wins than the second place team, Kelowna Knights. Detroit also with a +115 Goal Differential with no one even coming close at +36 for a 79 goal differential between Detroit and Anchorage. Now the interesting thing about this season in particular is there famine for most teams. The feast was Detroit. 6 teams with a negative differential. it really showed how much Detroit completely dominated the competition. Detroit also enjoyed scoring 45 goals more than second place in competition in S53 with 204 goals, and giving up less than 100 with a total of 89 goals. 1.78 Goals Against Average, and 4.08 Goals For Per Game. Now as far as league wide stats an average of 5.492 Goals per game for this particular season. Now league average goals for was 2.746 Goals per game. Which shows how Detroit was shredding competition on offense.

Looking back at this SMJHL season really shows you some of the stars and who didn't live up to the hype. Some big name stars were included in this edition of SMJHL. I will be back with episode 2 very very soon.

If anyone has any suggestions as far wanting me to add additional information please do leave a comment. Thank you all so very much!
