Heyo SHL gang! Naomi from the recruitment team here to hire one or two Recruitment Graphics Designers as @Jason has left the team. We appreciate his contribution and will wish him well in future endeavours!

As mentioned before we have 1 or 2 spots open for this, so bring your A-game when it comes to your application! With that out of the way, here's what you need to know about the position and how to apply.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Creating Graphics for recruitment purposes (Such as promoting the SHL/SMJHL draft dates, recruitment posts that are more visual, etc)
  
• Creating Graphics for the Social Media team to post (Such as weekly SHL/SMJHL standings, Trade Graphics, Milestones, etc)
  
• Occasionally posting on Social Media if Social Media Managers cannot post on a specific day.
  
• Discussing how to to improve recruitment efforts and reach new audiences to grow the league.
  
• Reach out to areas of potential recruitment (OPTIONAL)
  

The pay is a beautiful $6,000,000 SHL Dollars after every recruitment cycle concludes.

• Do you currently hold a site job and if so, what is it/are they? Do you have other past SHL job experience or job experience in other sim Leagues?
  
• Do you have any examples of graphics work you've done in the past? (Such as signatures, jersey swaps, etc)
  
• What experiences of skills do you have that could help with recruitment duties?
  
• Are you familiar with Bluesky, Instagram, Tumblr's interfaces and how to use them?
  
• Do you have any ideas to share on where the League could look to grow in the short and/or long term?
  
• Could you provide us with an example of the work you'd provide for us of one of the following: A standings graphics, trade graphic of a recent SHL trade involving a player, a draft graphic of either the top 5 picks of the most recent SHL or J draft, draft graphic promoting the SHL or J draft, and/or a recruitment graphic trying to entice someone to join the league!
  
• Any other pertinent or fun information. While this application post seems serious and intimidating, a good charisma always helps! Let us see some of that personality shine through!
