Hello the SHL,

It's been awhile since I've made my stink known. I think of you all often and fondly.

I'm not as loquacious as I once was, but not much as materially changed since my last update. The farm is still here and I'm still enjoying learning about gardening (I killed half of my plants this year!) and animal husbandry, though the latter will come to a close pretty soon. Working the same job, et al.

My return is not nigh, I'm as busy as ever. Most of my weekends are spent with a real life lady (can you believe it?). We are embarrassingly in love. She is an associate pastor of a Methodist church, which I didn't know was allowed, and hails from South Dakota. Her interests are Midwest Martinis (Miller High Life with Olives), Sewing, Snoopy, and the Boston Red Sox. I've bought a shiny ring at great expense, we'll be married next year, and I'll have to sell the house and move to Lansing. Brag. So, things are busy, but good. The SHL is safe another day.

I wanted to check in and see what's new with the SHL? What's the hot new drama? What the heck is this -> Steelhawks

? What is a six? What is a glacier guardian? Is that term kosher? Which team does everyone hate now?

And for new faces, I'm sure you've read about me in your history books. Here I am in the (virtual) flesh.
