I only chose shultz to go 1st overall in my mock cuiz every1 else did lol. I think a GM would rather build his team around a strong fwd than a defender (no offense to Shultz)

Generally speaking, yes. But with our class there is going to be good forwards going late, with the defenseman there are really only 3-4 guys the look like they'll fully pan out at the moment, so by taking Defense early, you are still going to get good forwards later. And Schultz is easily the best defenseman in the class right now.

IMO the only way a forward goes 1st overall out of US is if scouts give GM's bad information, or there is some crazy level of bias towards certain players for no reason.
