Final Score: Force win 3-2</div>

Just when it looks like the Force are destined for a tailspin, they pull out a gusty victory over a solid Whalers squad. In a rather streaky affair for both teams, the Whalers came out dominating the Force with a ten-to-three shot differential in the first. The Force and Whalers combined for just six shots in the second with the Force scoring twice to put them up. The Force would save their best hockey for the most important period though as they out-shot the Whalers thirteen-to-two. This impressive display of dominance would earn them a close three-to-two victory.

Bronsen Zerchai was the main catalyst for Regina as he recorded two goals and added an assist in the victory. He was assisted by Hermione Granger who had a goal and a helper herself, and Tyler Hartman who recorded a pair of assists. Neither goalie was very impressive in this defensive affair, but Kevin Griffin would come out on top in the end.

This win for the Force breaks their slide and gives them confidence going into their next affair. Meanwhile, the Whalers have to be devastated that they could not take better advantage of that first period. Regardless of what they could have done though, they need to move on and focus on the next game.

<div align="center">Game 62 - Montreal Impact vs. Kelowna Knights
Final Score: Knights win 6-1</div>

This seemed to have all the makings of a close game. Neither team had been performing anywhere near as well as they would like to. They both had a lot of holes in their lineup that needed to be fixed or were simply unproven. However, the result did not match up to the expectation.

The Knights would get goals from Dean Youngblood (2), Mark Dymo (2), Damien Giannotti and Daniel Acker in a dominant six-to-one victory. This game was never close frankly, with the Knights out-shooting Montreal in every period. After two periods, Kelowna was up three-to-one and they had outshot Montreal by a total of seventeen-to-fourteen. However, it would be the three period that would really seal the deal for Kelowna. Three goals in the period would go unanswered and the Impact struggled to create anything, leading to a clear and definitive winner.

Aboud Chamas surrendered just one goal on twenty shots and had easily his best game of the season so far. On the other side of the ice, Jam Scruffy surrendered four goals on eighteen shots before being pulled for Dymo Ranjan. Ranjan would stop eight of the ten shots he faced in the third period.

<div align="center">Game 63 - Regina Force vs. Detroit Falcons
Final Score: Falcons win 3-2 in a shootout</div>

With the Force trying to get on a winning streak after their recent impressive performance, this was the last team they wanted to run into. The Detroit Falcons have been the class of the Eastern Conference this season. Even when Detroit doesn't play well they find a way, and that would be the case in this one.

The game was fairly even for the most part. The Falcons did out-shoot them by five, but for the majority of the game it was quite close. Kovalchuk and Granger had the goals for the Force, while Vitols and Showrun had two third period tallies for the first place Falcons. It would go to a shootout where we saw eighteen different players shoot, including some players that never see action on the ice. Jordan Cousins would bury the winner in the skills competition and the Falcons would find a way once again.

Both goalies had a very solid game for their respective clubs. Kevin Griffin stopped twenty-nine of thirty-one in the loss, and was Regina's MVP in this one. Meanwhile, Colin Schmidt played a very good game and gave his team a chance to win after going down one early in the first.

<div align="center">Game 64 - Vancouver Whalers vs. St. Louis Scarecrows
Final Score: Whalers win 5-3</div>

This game had a fairly surprising result given the way the two teams had been playing. The Scarecrows were on a three game winning streak and were playing some of their best hockey of late. Meanwhile, the Vancouver Whalers started out playing fantastic but had struggled mightily of late, dropping six of their last eight games. However, the Whalers would play one of their best games of the season and prevail in an entertaining affair, by a score of five to three.

Marek Vyskoc buried two for the Whalers while Nicholas Flamel, Patrick Toews and Thomas King all added goals of their own. Aaron Brown, James Brown and Shawn Tucker had the goals for St. Louis in the loss. This loss really has to play with the confidence of the Scarecrows, who were clearly riding high after their recent success. It will be interesting to see if they can find that confidence and help it translate to more wins.

Backup goaltender, Dominik Makarov, had a really rough start for the Scarecrows. He surrendered five goals on thirty-two shots which is just simply unacceptable when you are trying to win a game. You cannot expect your offense to record six goals, especially against in a league with as much parity as this one as. On the other side of the ice surface, Andre Pfosten put together a respectable performance that was good enough to give his team the victory.
