:force: Regina Force VS. Vancouver Whalers

This first period was all Vancouver as they scored three goals in a little over a minute. AJ Willison started the scoring and a minute later Sterling Knight had two goals eight seconds apart. Vancouver got their fourth goal early in second period scored by Michael Warnick. With that goal the Force made a goalie switch to try to change the tide of the game. This proved effective as the Force got their first goal on the power play from Brandon Pomery. In the final period of play Juris Bezzobis scored for the Force but this was too little too late as the Whales would close out the game for the win.

Kelowna Knights VS. Montreal Impact :impact:

Shane O'Ferghall started the scoring for Montreal in the first period with assists from Vladimir Lidstrom, and Sage Tanner a few minutes into the game. The power play started the scoring for the Knights as Danny Phantom scored with the assist from Slappy McDoodle as the last goal of the period. The second period would showcase the goalies as no goals were score. Finally after 31 minutes of scoreless hockey Ales Smirnov broken the tie 36 seconds into the third period with help from Danny Phantom, and Tanner Carter with the assists. This would be enough to carry the Knights to victory in this low scoring thriller.

Kelowna 2 - Montreal 1




Detroit Falcons VS. St. Louis Scarecrows

Detroit came out firing with two goals in the first minute and a half from Chris Johnson and Bjorn Knutsen. Sasha-Alexei Smirnov would get the Scarecrows on the score board a few minutes later but this would be as close as it would get. In The second period the Falcons ran away with the game with five goals. Lead by Nils Wahlstrom who had a hat trick in the second. Alexandre Sauvé and Clay Parker would also score for the Falcons in the period. The scarecrows would attempt a comeback starting with a power play goal from Steve Linkos fourth minutes into the game. Shortly after Bryce Collins would score followed by a goal from Pavel Bursyuk 30 seconds later. The deficit would prove to be too much as that would be the last goal of this high scoring game game.
