Nolan wasn't the problem but he certainly wasn't part of the solution either. He and Murray didn't have a great working relationship as Murray acknowledged himself, so it makes sense to part ways now so we have as much time as possible to find the best head coach available and give him plenty of time to get settled in before the new season starts.
