I want to hold a sig tourney, but not just any other tourney... this one has rules.

This tournament is to help people break out of their shell a bit and get back to the basics. There will be no stock images, textures or anything allowed off the internet. The only tools you are to use to your advantage is a player render and anything photoshop has to offer within itself. Using things like the paint tool, dodge/burn, smudge, liquify, "Filter > Render" can really go a long way without using things you pull off the internet.

- You ARE allowed to use Topaz Adjust and any brushes and fonts you want to download.

- It will be on your honour that you have not used a stock image, but if I suspect you did you will be required to send me the PSD if you want my money.

- You can use any SHLer for your submission, except yourself.

- The deadline is Friday 11th, 12AM EST.

- I will do all of the ranking and grading.

The payment will be as follows:

1st Place: $3,000,000
2nd Place: $1,000,000
3rd Place: $500,000
