#1

<div align="center"> Shl PROSPECT REPORT SERIES Shl

The long awaited and high anticipated part 3 finally drops. Sorry for the wait.

PART 3
Today we will look at SHL S28 draft eligible prospect Michael McFadden and SMJHL S28 draft eligible prospect Triforce Link.

G | 6’4” | 217lb | Prince George Firebirds – 3rd overall
SMJHL S27 – 39GP, 8W, 22L, 2OTL, 0.860 SV%, 3.70GAA, 0SO</div>

Biggest strength: Numbers count for nothing when you show the sheer dedication to training and improving your game as Mr. McFadden. As early as he was realized as an SMJHL draftee McFadden has made improvement his number one priority and teams have taken notice. One area he has paid particular attention to is his rebound control and reaction time, both key attributes of any successful butterfly goal tender.
Biggest weakness: Given the small sample size you could argue the ability to win games, but that is perhaps more a reflection of his team as a whole than just himself. One area specific to McFadden that shows some weakness is his skating, which could become critical if he ever wanted to move the puck, however as a position first goalie skating tends to take a back seat.
Draft projection: Expect another top 5 result for the high-potential net minder.
Short term potential: He's the #1 guy in Prince George so expect McFadden to make the bulk of the starts for the upcoming season.
Long term potential: His association with the late great Armin Brovalchuk has been known for some time now so it should come as no surprise that it will greatly enhance his ability to have another long and successful career in the SHL. If I had to put money on it I'd go all in on McFadden Wink.

G | 6’3” | 240lb | SMJHL Draftee</div>

Biggest strength: Much like McFadden, Link is a butterfly goalie that has shown tremendous skill with his ability to prevent rebounds. However unlike McFadden, Link has paid much more attention to his ability to skate, which is perhaps his biggest strength as a butterfly goal tender.
Biggest weakness: Despite his hefty frame Link has shown a certain lack of size in the crease. He makes up for this with his quick hand speed and skating ability, but under desperation it should be interesting to see how critical the lack of ability to use his full frame will become.
Draft projection: Top 5.
Short term potential: If drafted out of necessity for a goal tender Link could easily become the #1 option in the upcoming season.
Long term potential: Much like McFadden, Link has been "linked" to recent greats in Zach and Drew Myers, which definitely goes a long way in predicting the liklihood of having a long and successful career in the SHL. Also with a name like Triforce Link you just know he'll save Hyrule AT LEAST once.

PART 1 - Xavier/Jeeples.
PART 2 - Hippo/Ovechkin.
