1. Whalers - Karno Grönkjær - Defense - A Big powerful elite defenseman who is physically and mentally read for the SHL. Smooth skater with great mobility and a large strides. Can handle the puck pretty well under pressure and make strong outlet passes as well as safe, simple ones. High IQ and very high awareness, often bails his teammates out with his quality senses in the defensive end. Remains cool and collected under stressful situations and often uses his excellent vision to his advantage. Strong two-way game, can carry the puck into the offensive zone with ease. Great special teams players who demands the puck and makes the right plays. Does not have the most accurate shot even on a junior team, but it is a powerful one that can be deflected. Outstanding defensive awareness and ability to cut off passing lanes and win one on one puck battles. His frame is incomparable. He uses his nightmare-ish physic very efficiently against the best forwards every game. His main weakness as a defenseman is his puckhandling and scoring. While scoring is not that important in his position.. he'll eventually have to work on his sub-par puck handling ability.

2. Knights - Fenton Uriel - Center - Hard working and creative centerman who can make plays, create scoring chances for his teammates and can put the puck in the net all at once. Decent puck skills and has good vision. Has a balanced two way build with good senses in the offensive zone and allround hockey skills. Has a somewhat ability to anticipate plays and stick check. Even though he is not the best player on defense, has the ability to find the puck, keep possession and sometimes seems like a magnet to it throughout the rink. Keeps a solid consistent pace throughout the game and rarely seems to get tired for a player of his age. Good player to have later in the game even though he's not the most explosive player, he's definitely one of the more balanced one in the class. Good at escaping defensive pressure with his decent skating and puckhandling. Ability to create space between the opponents defense and himself when carrier the puck. A top notch powerplay guy, very energetic, he has the knack to create golden chances with his wristers, good passing and aggressive plays in the man advantage. Big frame, not afraid to throw his body around and play physically with the puck and plays fearlessly. As a two way forward, he needs to improve defensively, but he is not a bad defensive player.

3. Firebirds - Tommy Tuck - Goalie - Big and very strong. Very confident goalie with miraculous reaction time and movement. Often minds his own business in the goal crease and has good shot recovery. Very smooth at moving in his crease and ability to size up players and cover the net with his body. Not the best skater and has problems with his balance at times, which results in second chance opportunities and lose pucks in front of him which he often has to recover. However, his lateral movement is very good and he has excellent form. Good anticaption an vision allows him to read scoring chances and make great stops. His amazing frame and the quickness to go with it allows him to make easy saves out of tough situations. Very high potential goalie who will only get better as he improves his fundamentals. His poise and physique makes him a dominant goalie every game, a goalie that well fit right into the SHL in a matter of time.

4. Mammoths - Karsten Kadinger - Left Wing - Critics say he is only good for shooting but he has proven his skills of being a decent all around player and probably the best goal scorer in the draft. He is a natural sniper that can shoot from anywhere on the ice and hit the net. His mindset is shoot first ask questions later and often handles the puck right in the zone and rips it. His decision making often has been criticized because of his trigger happy nature, but as one dimensional as critics say he is, it's very hard to knock on his game because of the way he puts the puck in the net and the balance of his build. Has excellent shot release and execution even when heavily contested. Very slippery player and is way strong than he looks, allowing him to keep up with guys in puck battles and back check decently despite his frame. His effort in passing will need to improve once he's in the SHL but his ability to score is what will draw the eyes of SHL clubs.

5. Scarecrows - Brady McIntyre - Defense - Good size defenseman and probably the best two-way skilled blueliner in the class. Has an elite game, being able to skate through traffic with great vision and soft hands, making heads up plays. Has good IQ and read defensively, constant at cutting off passing lanes and often handling lose pucks safely and counter attacks dangerously. Ok skater and knows where to be position-wise, good at closing out on opponents and stick check pretty well. Does not pinch to much and plays it safe and reliable, especially in late game situations, but not scared to jump into his offensive gear and make big plays either. Well rounded player that is trusted by the coaches and given big minutes and assignments, he is very responsible in his role. His offense is just as good as his defense, very aware and creative, makes the game easier for his teammates. Has a decent shot but because his usage rate will eventually go up as he progresses, he will need to work on his endurance or he will be gassed in the 3rd period.

6. Knights - Max Poulin - Defense - Good natured defenseman with a finesse defensive game who specializes in breaking offenses. OK strength and skating and handles the puck very well. Not a physical player but will do anything he can to win pucks. Makes decent tape to tape and outlet passes that often get to the target. Plays well along the boards, closes gaps, reads plays well and is very good at taking away options from the puck carrier quickly or just taking the puck away. His defensive positioning is tremendous and stick checking very good. Hard worker and brings a winning attitude and known as a defensive specialist by opposing forwards. Shot needs a bit of work but has good passing skills. More of a defensive player than two way at the moment but has the potential to become a great puck moving defenseman as he grows.

7. Militia - Friedrich Koenig - Defense - Has a very simliar game as McIntyre and comparable in rank. Okay skater, hands and very sturdy with and without the puck. Strong on the puck and tends at overpower opponents to get the puck with his strength rather than using his stick. Often looks like the top defender in game and is capable of anchoring a whole team's defense sometimes. Tremendous facilitator on the powerplay but his shot needs a lot of work. Good powerplay quarterback, can make great outlet passes. He will be often relied on ton of minutes as he has before so endurance will eventually become a factor. Can sometimes make amazing outlet passes that turns tempo to his team's side. His stretch passes sometimes lead to breakaways for his teammates or breaks right through forechecks and traps. Smart hockey senses allow position himself decently in the defensive zone, but he'll need to either become better at stick checking or hitting.

8. Scarecrows - Elias Svensson - Defense - An two-way defenseman that can play big minutes under pressure. Has high hockey sense - reads plays well and makes smart decisions. A smooth operator with the puck like many of the other first round defensmen in the class. Always seems confident and under control. Also another first rounder in the class with a massive frame, but not a checker. He does, however, efficiently win board and net battles because of his build. Can move the puck past the defensive zone and make passing plays in the deep end with his decent offensive skills. A good instinctive player that tends to get back in position no matter the circumstances. Makes absolute tape to tape outlet passes and never hangs his head down. Tends to hold on to the puck instead of making errand passes. Sets up teammates with the puck and keeps his legs moving without the puck. Elite at contesting forwards with or without the puck and using his stick to seal gaps. Shot is weak and inaccurate, he is better off passing the puck.
